DLT grant applications are accepted annually through a competitive process. The open season for applications is announced each year, usually in January, through a notice in the Federal Register. Applicants are required to provide a minimum of 15 percent in matching funds. Grant awards can range from a minimum of $50,000 up to a maximum of $500,000.

We recognize that non-profit organizations have little operational funds.  In additions, grants are often requested to offset project costs, and not operational expenses such as grant writing services. Therefore, we will not require you pay any upfront cost.
